We are recruiting for our Trainee Solicitor Programme in Northern Ireland 2020. As a Trainee Solicitor you'll have the opportunity to discover which areas of law interest and engage you most. Some people are born litigators, others love the dynamics of a commercial deal and some absorb themselves in employment law, taxation and restructuring. Our Trainee Solicitor Programme is designed to encourage and develop every person's unique qualities to a maximum.

All of our Trainee Solicitors work within our main departments; Corporate and M&A, Employment, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Finance and Commercial Property.

Although a primary degree is a pre-requisite, we don't just look for people who are academically high achievers or limit applicants to those who have studied law. We accept degrees from all disciplines. We are looking for candidates who are commercially aware, assertive, effective communicators and have the drive to succeed as top class lawyers.

Interview Process

1st Stage - Group Interviews: 

Group Interviews will take place on Thursday 7 November 2019

If selected for Group Interview please bring a small passport size photograph with your name on the back.

2nd Stage - Partner Interviews: 

Partner interviews will take place on 11, 12 November 2019.

Trainee Contract start date 

Training Contracts commence on 1 September 2020.  Systems training may be required to be undertaken during week commencing 25 August 2020.
